I have had two of these fans in some of my bathrooms.Both were LOUD and short lived.My parents had a similar fan as well and were quite dissapointed with them.Neither of my units lasted more than two years without having to replace the motors (I've even cracked the motors open myself and relubed them).Even the warranty battle has been dissapointing...
