I bought this Bulbs from pure instinct, my 2 52Oz Lava Lamp' Bulbs died and I needed a replacement, and from the instructions that came with the Lava Lamps, you are not supposed to use different spec bulbs (40W / 120V) or you could damage the Lava Lamp.. So I spent a few days looking for the replacement bulbs with no luck, I found these in Amazon and they looked pretty much like the bulbs that got damaged so I went ahead and order this 2 Bulb Pack (Perfect for me since I had 2 Dead Lava Lamps) and when I received them I compared the bulbs.. They looked almost the same, so I went ahead and install them. It's not 100% Perfect Fit, more like 98% Fit but they have worked great and my Lava Lamps are alive again :DSo I went and tagged this bulbs with the word Lava Lamp, so the next person can find these to replace their damaged Lava Lamp bulbs ;)
