I bought this as a replacement item for a ceiling fan that failed in my kids' room. It's pretty basic, but that's what I wanted. I was able to prime & paint it to blend in with the room's colors. It operates quietly and the lights have the stagger feature: 2on2off, other 2on2off, or all on or off. Bidirectional switch for up or down drafting.
