Dear Consumer,

After installing the fan with light kit and remote it failed to work.Took apart the canopy kit, then the light kit.Power was transmitted down the pipe extension to the remote module.A call to Hunter revealed they were having some problems with the module.

Technical help was good, staffed by Americans, shipped new module which corrected the problem.Very happy with fan performance, trust problem was just a hiccup.Satisfied with the results.
