It is a GREAT fan, SUPER quite, provides an up light and a down light.

I purchased the Minka-Aire Fan in white so it would blend into the ceiling - and it does.It's quiet and circulates the air well.I highly recommend this fan if you're looking for something contemporary.

Minka-Aire F577-BNW 52" Concept I Contemporary WET Outdoor Nickel Ceiling Fan w/ Light & Wall Ctrl Review

Great fan to circulate the Air for an average size room.The light on it is pretty strong as well, as long as you have another set of Lamps in the room to light up the corners.Great Fan, blows air fine, and absolutely zero noise.
